Bayside Villa consists of self-contained apartments catering for from two to eight persons. Each apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished with modern furniture, fitted carpets, hot and cold water, colour television and its own shower room with toilet and hand-basin. Electricity is on meter. Central heating is installed, making Bayside Villa ideal for early and late bookings; and a car parking space is available for each apartment.

Apartment 1 : Ground floor for 2 persons. Lounge/bedroom with double interior sprung pull down wall bed,fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet.

Apartment 2 : Ground floor for 4 persons. Lounge/bedroom with bed settee, double bedded room, fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet.

Apartment 3 :Ground floor for 4 persons.2 bedrooms ( twin and 1 double room) ,shower and toilet. Lounge with patio doors into the garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate entrance. Garden for your use only.

Apartment 4 : Ground floor for 2 persons. Lounge/bedroom with double interior sprung pull down wall bed, breakfast bar/fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet.

Apartment 5 : First floor for 4 persons. Lounge/bedroom with double interior sprung pull down wall bed, bedroom with bunk beds, sea view. Fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet.

Apartment 6 : First floor for 4 persons. Lounge/bedroom with 2 Put-u-up beds, double bedded room, sea view. Fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet.

Apartment 7 :First floor sleeps up to 6 persons. 2 twin bedded rooms. Double bedded room. Toilet and washbasin, fully tiled shower room with toilet and washbasin. Lounge and kitchen.

Apartment 8 : First floor for 2 persons. Lounge/bedroom with double interior sprung pull down wall bed, breakfast bar/fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet.

Apartment 9 : Ground floor for 6 persons. Kitchen/dining room/lounge/bedroom with 2 Put-u-up beds. Double bedded room and twin bedded room. Shower/toilet.


Prices are per apartment per week, cots and highchairs are £5.00 per week; linen hire is £6.00 per bed. There is 1 free parking space per apartment; extra car parking is £5.00 per car per week. Electric card meters are £5.00. Dogs accepted at £25.00 per week. Deposit of £50.00 per apartment per week with confirmation of booking. Bookings can only be accepted from families and couples. No apartment can be occupied until cleaned to our satisfaction. Apartments are more than suitable for early or late bookings at economical rates.

It is our policy to set a very high standard of cleanliness throughout our apartments and to ensure this we ask our guests not to arrive before 2.00 p.m. on the arrival date and to vacate the apartment by 10.00 a.m. on the departure date. Bed linen is available for hire at a Small extra charge. £6.00 per bed. We accept bookings from families and couples only.
